With five more holes set to be redesigned, Crestview Mountain developers hope to have these first two holes completed by Spring 2008. “The new holes are intricately woven throughout the rolling hills that shape the Crestview Mountain development, and you can really sense this place is going to be magnificent,” said Tom Hastings, President of The Provident Company. “This milestone marks the beginning of a very exciting year for Crestview Mountain.” Though home sites will not be available along these holes in the first release, the developer plans to release 26 golf course home sites in September 2007.  These home sites will offer long range mountain views, wooded privacy, and golf views.  Lots range from 0.75 to 2 acres. The initial release includes home sites from $84,900 to $369,900 and condos starting from $349,900 over looking new holes #1 and #2. Sitework construction is currently underway, with vertical construction to begin this Spring 2008.
